Questions to Ryan
If I have chance to interview the serial killer these will be my questions:
1. What was it like to cut up human body?
2. Does human flesh tougher compared to... say cow?
3. Did your hands tremble when you mutilate these people?
4. Do you know George Bush?
5. Say the Police haven’t caught you... who is your next target?
6. How did you sleep at night after you mutilate someone?
And of course i didn't expect answer like: "don't worry, i sleep like a toddler every night" to my last question.

RPM
"Raw Power in Motion" - RPM™ is a fun cardiovascular cycling workout that kills calories in record time - up to 600 in a single ride.
Well, RPM isn't just intended to kill my calories but it nearly killed me last night. Okay... it’s a little exaggerating, but I did have the ‘cardiac death’ symptom like: ran out of breath, sweating like pig, my heart beats too fast, and my butt hurts because the bike saddle is killing me.. It’s neither ergonomic nor women-friendly at all (sorry, the last one has nothing to do with cardiac death symptom).

Before the class begun the instructor asked ‘is there any RPM first timer tonight?’, I raised my hand. Then she said 'Welcome. Please adjust your seat, handle bars and pedal straps’ and she taught me how to do it. ‘First and foremost.. if you don’t feel comfortable don't try to push yourself, secondly nobody walk out of that door until the class is finished’. She laughed and I petrified.
From the first five minutes I instantly know that I’m not suitable for this class. I hate it. I hate it just like I hate bodyattack and bodypump class.
What amazes me was this petite instructor.. She can do the perfect cycling, fast speed with heavy resistance, seat or stand up and screaming at the same time.. pumping everybody’s spirit for one hour non-stop. I would be surprise if we don’t find a built-in machine on her back, she’s a robot. I just knew it.
What annoys me the most throughout the torturing RPM class was this guy behind me who kept on screaming as if he was ejaculating in ecstasy. So every time he did that.. I looked back and gave him a mean ‘can’t-you-shut-your-mouth’ look.
To sum up in one sentence: RPM class is awful and abusive (at least to me).
